Call for projects

Applicants wishing to receive financial support from the JECS Trust should submit their bids electronically to the JECS Trust secretariat.

• B: Mobility - version 04/2025

Deadlines to submit your application (every year) :

For General Activities:

• 31st May 
• 30th November 

For Mobility:

• 28th February  
• 31st May 
• 31st August 
• 30th November 

Please note that the project you submit for Mobility must not begin before 2 months after the deadline in which you submitted your application.

For example if you apply on the deadline of 28th February, your project submitted must not begin before May.

Decision on awards are taken by the Board of the JECS Trust.

Please make sure that the form is fully completed before submission!
