General Activities Form
Organization of Workshops, Conferences, etc.
The JECS Trust board is generally willing to allow 500 € per student in order to help them to participate to conferences, etc. This 500 € must cover travel expenses and accommodation.
When a competition is organised, Awards can also be given with the support of the JECS Trust. The Award must then be called "JECS Trust" Award.

Next Deadline to apply to the JECS Trust is 31st May 2026!
Please note that the decisions of the JECS Trust board will not be known before mid-July 2026. Activities submitted for the deadline of 31st May 2026 for support from the JECS Trust should then not begin before Mid-August 2026.
Result of the JECS Trust Call 11/2025
39 applications were submitted to the JECS Trust by the deadline of 30 November 2025:
- 27 for Mobility
- 9 for General Activities
- 3 for ECerS
